Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of facade installation or related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders and work at heights.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair building facades (glass, metal, stone, and other materials).
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure facades function safely.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose facade issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on installation techniques.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety regulations and protocols.
• Keep records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Train new employees on facade installation techniques as needed.
