Job summary

Kimmel and Associates is seeking a Project Manager – Curtainwall & Glazing to lead façade projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will coordinate clients, architects, GCs, and internal teams to ensure schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and delivery meet the highest standards.

This role requires deep technical knowledge of curtainwall and glazing systems, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex construction projects under tight deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience managing glazing or curtainwall projects.
• Strong background in building envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from contract award to closeout.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes to align with objectives.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts.
• Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, fabrication releases, and materials.
• Act as primary contact with clients, architects, GCs, and vendors.
• Lead project meetings and document RFIs, change orders, and progress.
• Collaborate with engineering, field ops, and fabrication teams for execution.
• Monitor on-site progress and enforce safety protocols.
