Job summary

Charm Connect in Washington is seeking a Facade Engineer to design, construct, and maintain building facades, working closely with architects, contractors and fellow engineers to ensure safety standards and complement the building design.

This full-time position requires strong technical knowledge in structural engineering, materials science, and building codes. On-the-job training is provided. Salary is $1500 per month; housing is not included. English fluency is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in facade design or construction.
• Fluency in English preferred but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain building facades.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other engineers to ensure safety standards and complement design.
• Conduct site visits, perform calculations and analysis, create detailed drawings and specifications, oversee installation.
