Job summary

CoreHaul Logistics in Washington is seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to design and oversee building facades, ensuring functionality, aesthetics and safety compliance. The role is full-time with a competitive monthly salary.

You will develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, collaborate with architects and structural engineers, visit sites, and guide contractors to ensure quality from design through installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facade design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods and facade systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate within a team.

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Washington as we expand our operations globally As a Facade Engineer you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of building facades ensuring they are functional aesthetically pleasing and meet all safety standards This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1300 per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop innovative facade designs that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and safety regulations
• Prepare detailed drawings specifications and cost estimates for facade construction projects
• Collaborate with architects structural engineers and other professionals to ensure all design aspects are incorporated into the buildings overall design
• Oversee the fabrication and installation of facade components to ensure quality workmanship
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor construction progress and provide technical guidance to contractors when needed
• Perform regular inspections on completed facades to ensure they meet all quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
