• Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade systems
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure project success
• Research and select appropriate materials for facades keeping budget and sustainability in mind
• Oversee installation of facade systems ensuring compliance with design plans
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Engineer
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other relevant software programs
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field
• Experience designing facades for commercial buildings in the US market
• Knowledge of energy‑efficient facade design principles
• Familiarity with LEED certification process
