FAC ENGINEERING/ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Position Summary

Assist in supervising a staff of facilities maintenance technicians who perform maintenance services, implement preventive maintenance programs, and perform energy maintenance repairs for retail stores and company facilities, buildings, and grounds. Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven management experience within a maintenance organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• EPA Type 2 Certification.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% independently.
