Gray’s Specialty Equipment segment, including Anderson Dahlen in Ramsey, MN, is seeking a Fabricator to form and fabricate sheet metal components to customer specifications and quality standards.
This role may range from basic layout and forming to independent press brake, rolling, and fabrication work on a wide variety of parts; you’ll read drawings, measure with calipers, and support Lean Manufacturing while maintaining a safe, team-focused production cell.

The Specialty Equipment segment includes Anderson Dahlen, located in Ramsey, MN, and Waconia, MN. Anderson Dahlen delivers end-to-end equipment design-build and contract manufacturing, with precision fabrication – cutting, forming, machining, welding, finishing, and complex assemblies – backed by engineering, integration, and complete process solutions including skids and sanitary platforms tailored to customer applications. Anderson Dahlen is ISO 9001:2015 certified, as well as ASME, AWS, and PED compliant.
The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, certifications, as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25 to $30 hour. Day shift: work hours are 4/10 hour days, Monday-Thursday.

This role may involve a range of responsibilities depending on experience level, from assisting with basic layout and forming operations to independently performing complex press brake, rolling, and fabrication work on a wide variety of parts.
