Job summary

TMD Staffing is seeking Fabricators in East Houston, TX to fabricate insulation products per customer specs using materials such as fiberglass, polyiso, calcium silicate, and mineral wool. You will operate fabrication machinery, read work orders, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

This role requires a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:00 AM start time and occasional Saturdays. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift and move materials, and be willing to work across departments as production

Qualifications

• Fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Job Order: 57881 Branch: 53 TMD Staffing is looking to hire Fabricators in the East Houston Tx!

WORK ENVIRONMENTIn-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fabricate insulation products according to customer specifications and job requirements.
• Work with materials including fiberglass, polyisocyanurate, calcium silicate, cellular glass, mineral wool, and other high-performance insulation materials.
• Fabricate pre-formed elbows, engineered head segments, valve covers, fittings, and other insulation components tailored to specifications.
• Operate fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment as needed.
• Follow work orders, measurements, specifications, and production instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with various duties throughout the facility as needed.
• Be flexible and willing to move between different departments based on production needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous fabrication, manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, measurements, and specifications.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and unload materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and willing to work in different departments as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.

PAY RATE

$16.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays may be required) 6:00 AM until finish
