Job summary

Beach Road Precision Manufacturing is seeking a Fabrication & Welding Specialist to support daily fabrication, welding, finishing, and production operations in our Georgia shop. You will create metal structures using MIG and stick welding, read blueprints, and interpret engineering drawings to meet precise specs.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and comfortable performing physical labor with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MIG and/or stick welding required.
• Able to read tapes, calipers, micrometers is a plus.
• Able to read blueprints/engineering drawings for specs.
• Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and performing manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic fabrication and welding tasks using MIG and stick welding.
• Read blueprints and measurements to shape and assemble components.
• Operate grinders, saws, drills and other shop tools.
• Load, unload, and move materials; maintain production logs.
• Complete data entry for job tracking and work orders.

This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and has hands-on shop experience with welding and fabrication processes.As industry experts since 2002, our team has been driven to provide the best horizontal directional drilling products and services.
