You will interpret blueprints, apply shop math, and use precision measuring tools to complete projects from start to finish. A technical school background and 1–2 years of fabrication/welding experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Strong shop math skills for precise fabrication.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Formal technical training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check fabrication and welding against drawings for dimensions and specs.
• Verify材料 used matches product requirements (material validation).
• Inspect incoming materials for quality per standards.
• Inspect welding machines and equipment for accuracy.
• Ensure finished products meet specifications and quality.
• Follow shop floor control procedures and safety rules.
