Position Summary: Fabrication Specialist

• Interpret drawings to process materials for semi-complex parts.
• Fit, align, and calibrate parts to meet specific requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Welding & Tools: Utilize FCAW and GMAW welding; operate hand and power tools (e.g., hammers, grinders).
• Safety & Quality: Adhere to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Improvement & Maintenance: Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot equipment.
• Teamwork & Customer Focus: Collaborate with teams to produce quality products and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Proficient in FCAW and GMAW welding, basic blueprint reading, and tool operation.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various climates, and handle demanding physical tasks.
