Job summary

Ninth Inning Metal Fab in Stayton, OR is seeking a fabrication team member to join our Production team. You will fabricate, position, align, and fit project components using blueprints and drawings, while helping deliver quality work safely and efficiently.

The role offers hands-on welding and fabrication experience with grinders, saws, CNC equipment, and more. You’ll work as part of a team to meet production goals, learn new skills, and take pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in steel fabrication or welding is preferred.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings or sketches.
• Comfort with using power tools and material-handling equipment.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding production tasks.
• FCAW/WABO certifications may be valuable depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, position, align, and fit components per blueprints and specs.
• Perform steel fabrication and welding as trained.
• Operate grinders, saws, drills, CNC equipment, and other tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and minimize waste.
• Support team with safe, efficient production and continuous improvement.
