Job summary

American Energy Innovations in Springtown, TX is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder for a job shop environment. You will fabricate and weld components to drawings and specs, using GMAW/FCAW, SMAW as needed, and operate fabrication equipment.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, fitting layouts, and proficient use of bandsaws, grinders, ironworkers, and plasma cutters. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, 50 hours/week; pay is $20–$30/hour with benefits after 60 days and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient in GMAW & FCAW welding; welding test required; AWS D1.1, D1.2, ASME.
• Experience with fabrication equipment (bandsaws, grinders, ironworkers, plasma cutter, etc.).
• Able to handle sheet metal for cutting, welding, and assembling.
• Must pass drug and alcohol test at time of hire.
• Able to work independently and with others; 50 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform physical tasks and stand for hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test at time of hire

Our innovative technology provides software and mechanical solutions that increase fueling efficiency for hydraulic fracturing and allows for an increased efficiency in communication.

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Springtown, TX. This position is in a "Job Shop" environment and requires proficient knowledge of structural and pipe fabrication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficiency in GMAW & FCAW processes (welding test required), AWS D1.1, D1.2, ASME

• Sufficient experience with fabrication equipment (bandsaws, grinders, ironworkers, welding machines, plasma cutter, etc.)

The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, 50 hours a week, in Springtown, TX. This position will be paid hourly, $20/hour-$30/hour, commensurate with experience. Benefits will be available after60 days of employment (medical, dental, vision, and life) and a 401k after a year of service with a 4% company match.
