Job summary

French Ellison Truck Center is seeking a Fabricator/Welder to fabricate, weld, and repair oilfield equipment. The role emphasizes maintaining dimensional tolerances and working from drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.

A formal technical training degree is preferred, with experience in welding on metal and aluminum. The candidate should be able to read shop orders and bulletins, handle heavy materials, operate welding equipment safely, and pass a pre-employment physical and drug

Qualifications

• Formal technical training degree, certificate or diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret shop repair order forms, repair manuals, blueprints, and various other technical bulletins.
• Must be able to handle heavy materials manually and with machinery.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, weld, and repair oilfield equipment.
• Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances from drawings and blueprints.
• Work from drawings, blueprints, verbal instructions, and other sources.
• Clean and maintain welding equipment; adhere to safety procedures.
