ABEC is seeking skilled fabrication personnel to support growing production needs in a manufacturing setting. You will fabricate equipment, read blueprints, and use hand tools to assemble and finish components with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Candidates should have at least two years of fabrication experience, be able to read tape measures, and work extended hours in a shop environment. The role involves standing for long periods and may require heavy manual labor.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years fabrication experience preferred.
• Able to perform simple math equations.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Proficient reading blue prints.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Fabricate equipment accurately and with proper procedures in a timely manner.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in fabrication processes.
• Utilize hand tools, fabricating equipment, and measuring devices.
• Work on stainless steel fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, polishing and bending.
• Assemble components and install/maintain utility lines.
• Operate overhead crane and/or forklift and observe safety standards.
