Colorado Custom Iron Works Inc. in Centennial, CO is seeking a motivated Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our shop. We fabricate custom steel railings and gates, and the position is suitable for entry-level through experienced fabricators seeking a long-term career with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to experienced candidates encouraged to apply.
• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read CAD or fabrication drawings.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble custom steel railings and related metalwork.
• MIG weld steel components to company quality standards.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Cut, fit, grind, and prepare steel materials for fabrication.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and guidelines.
