Enterprise Electrical in Selma, TX seeks a skilled Fabricator for cutting, forming, joining and finishing metal components for prefabrication and construction projects. You will interpret drawings, lay out materials, and operate plasma cutters, saws, drills, and welding equipment to produce accurate parts.

The Fabricator works under the Lead Fabricator to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, communicates material needs, and collaborates with shop teammates to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical training in welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• 2–4 years of hands-on metal fabrication experience recommended.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine dimensions and materials.
• Select, inspect, and mark metal stock for cutting and forming.
• Cut, form, drill, punch, and assemble components per specifications.
• Join components via welding, bolting, or other approved methods; inspect finished work.
