Velocity Sheet Metal is hiring in Selma, TX for fabrication of ductwork and sheet metal components. You will read prints, select and operate tools, and assemble parts to spec in a climate-controlled shop. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and teamwork in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Sheet metal fabrication experience, HVAC ductwork is a strong plus.
• Ability to read shop drawings and take basic measurements.

• Reliable, on-time and team-oriented with strong work ethic.

Velocity Sheet Metal is growing and adding fabricators to our shop in Selma, TX. If you take pride in clean cuts, tight tolerances, and finished product that holds up, we want to meet you.

What you will do

• Fabricate ductwork and sheet metal components from prints and shop tickets
• Operate shears, brakes, rolls, plasma, and CNC equipment
• Lay out, form, and assemble pieces to spec
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area

What we are looking for

• Sheet metal fabrication experience (commercial HVAC ductwork a strong plus)
• Ability to read shop drawings and basic measurements
• Comfortable on shop equipment (shears, brakes, rolls, plasma table)
• Reliable, on-time, and team-oriented
• Steel-toe boots and a strong work ethic
