The role requires reading drawings, measuring with calipers and micrometers, and maintaining accurate production records. Welding experience is a plus, but not required; strong math and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, diligence, and time management skills.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment, including press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.
• Maintain safe operations and accurate production records.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, squares, and height gauges.
