Job summary

WorkSteer is hiring a Fabricator Laborer in Idaho Falls for a full-time position. The role requires hands-on tool experience, precision work, and a strong work ethic to prepare metal parts for welders and operate CNC machines, drill presses, band saws, and other hand tools.

Weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekends off. Benefits are included as part of a stable, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure for accurate measurements.
• Basic math skills to support precision tasks.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools is required.

WorkSteer is hiring skilled Fabricator Laborers for full-time positions in Idaho Falls . If you have hands-on experience with tools, precision work, and a strong work ethic, we want you on our team!

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (five 10-hour shifts).
