Job summary

WorkSteer is seeking a Dayshift Robot Welder in Idaho Falls for full-time employment. The role requires hands-on tooling experience, precision work, and a strong work ethic. The position offers weekends off and comprehensive benefits.

Pay starts at $20+ DOE with hours Monday–Thursday, 5:30pm–4:00am. Ideal candidates will have experience reading tape measures, standing for long periods, and operating a forklift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift.
• Experience with painting-related tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rig components and frames for cranes and dip bundles in paint tanks as per work orders.
• Inspect chains and rigging components for wear or damage.
• Operate forklift with prior experience.

WorkSteer is hiring skilled Dayshift Robot Welder for full-time positions in Idaho Falls . If you have hands-on experience with tools, precision work, and a strong work ethic, we want you on our team!

Pay: $20+ DOE

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 5:30pm-4:00am

Key Responsibilities:

Rigging Bundles of components and/or frames for cranes, allowing bundles to be dipped into the paint tanks as required by work orders

Inspects chains to be used for the rigging process like nicks, twist etc

Operates Forklift (Prior Experience Required)

Requirements:

Proficiency in reading a tape measure for accurate measurements.

Being able to stand on feet 100% of time for duration of shift

Lift up to 100lbs

Basic math, language and logic skills.

Prior experience painting
