Responsibilities

• Assist with installing shielding systems on heavy equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and installation instructions.
• Perform quality checks to meet Equipment Armor standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Equipment Armor designs, fabricates, and installs protective shielding systems for heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, and industrial machinery operating in demanding environments. Our products help protect operators, equipment, and assets while reducing downtime and improving safety across industries such as mining, construction, waste management, forestry, and transportation.

We’re looking for a motivated Entry‑Level Fabricator/ Installer to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning new skills, traveling to unique job sites, and being part of a team that builds industry‑leading protection systems, we’d like to meet you.

As a Fabricator/ Installer, you will assist with the fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom polycarbonate shielding systems for heavy equipment. This position combines shop work with field installations and offers hands‑on training in fabrication, equipment modifications, and customer service.

No prior fabrication experience is required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.

This position requires overnight travel and out‑of‑town assignments. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to customer job sites throughout the region for installations and field service work.

What You’ll Do:

• Fabricate and assemble custom polycarbonate shielding systems
• Package shields for shipping and raw material receiving

• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, installation, or fabrication environments
• Previous experience in wood working is a plus
