Job summary

A Paycom - ATS facility in Malvern, AR is seeking an aluminum fabrication helper. You will prepare parts for secondary processes, cut, shape, and form aluminum according to exact specs, read instructions and schematics, and inspect finished pieces for quality.

The role requires safe use of hand and power tools and the ability to work in a humid, climate-controlled environment. You’ll also maintain organization, record labor in our systems, and switch between tasks like cutting and drilling

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure accurately.
• Read and interpret work instructions and schematics.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Operate machinery such as saws and drills.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow complex instructions to avoid costly mistakes.
