Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of fabrication experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate both independently and as part of a team, interpreting technical drawings to craft high-quality displays and pop-up spaces using materials such as MDF, plywood, laminate, and veneers.
• Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities, essential for meeting project complexities and tight deadlines.
• Ensure all completed work aligns with our company's exacting quality standards and deadlines.
• Quickly communicate any quality issues or project lead-time challenges to management, allowing for swift solutions and issue resolution.
• Additional hours available during busy periods; open to occasional overnight installation work is a plus.
• Tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

Location: Farmingdale NY - Factory.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM during busy periods, with overtime paid at 1.5×).

30‑minute lunch break.

15 days holiday per year.

Air‑conditioned/heated factory.

On‑site parking.

Salary: $20–$35 per hour based on experience.
