Intermountain Fabrication in Jerome, Idaho is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The role entails fabricating metal products, installing components, following blueprints, and ensuring weld quality.

A strong focus on safety and the ability to work independently or with others is essential. We offer a family-oriented environment, flexible schedules, guaranteed 40 hours with potential overtime, and a benefits package including 401k matching and PTO after one year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Pass random drug test screening.
• Own basic tools.
• Pass onsite weld test.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
• Install and repair various equipment and components.
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications.
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.
• Agriculture, Farm, and Heavy Equipment repairs.
• Operate Plasma Table, cutting, and cleaning material.
• Follow OSHA Safety Protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Take proper care of tools and equipment.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
