Job summary

Cleaveland/Price is seeking an entry-level Fabricator in Trafford, PA to join the fabrication team on 1st shift (6:00am – 2:30pm, 5×8). You will interpret blueprints, select materials, cut and shape metal, and assist with assembly while maintaining safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on machining, teamwork, precision, and the ability to read schematics, with onsite training and fully paid benefits provided. OT is available but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand product assignment.
• Knowledge of fabrication materials, techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics to safely construct structures.
• Select materials and tools per job specifications.
• Cut, bend and shape metal to required dimensions.
• Measure, cut and sometimes weld pieces according to directions.
• Assemble by riveting, rolling, or screwing components.
• Operate relevant machinery and software to complete tasks.
• Coordinate with process owners for smooth production flow.
• Maintain safety practices and a clean work environment.
• Follow all PPE and equipment usage rules.
