Tri-Mach Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our team in Elmira, NY. The role focuses on fabricating metal parts and structures from stainless steel, reading schematics, and ensuring quality and timely delivery for diverse customer projects.

The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of fabrication experience, stainless TIG welding expertise, and a good eye for detail. High school diploma required; CWB tickets are a strong asset; a solution-minded, can-do attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School or equivalent
• Metal Fabricator/Fitter 437A or equivalent
• Previous 1-4 years of fabrication experience
• Stainless Steel TIG welding experience as a must
• CWB tickets considered a strong asset
• Get it done attitude and ability to think beyond customer needs

Responsibilities

• Layout (fitting)
• Use of brake, shear and saw
• Use of iron worker
• Welding
• Polishing/finishing welds
• Assist with various shop projects, including shop maintenance
• Fabrication of various jobs/projects
• Able to read blueprints/drawing/sketches

• Work closely with designers & engineers & product development
• Accurate and timely completion of all daily paperwork

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The Fabricator is responsible for reading and understanding schematics and blueprints and fabricating metal parts and structures per the customer request, working with mostly stainless steel. As a Fabricator you are a key point in assisting the team, learning, and developing skills to proceed towards becoming fully licensed. We are looking to add someone to our team who is eager to learn, detail-orientated and a team player. The Fabricator promotes a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
