Machine Shop Safety Description:

The machine shop is a high-risk environment where safety is critical. All personnel must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and closed-toe shoes. Before operating any equipment, users must be properly trained and authorized. Machines should never be left running unattended, and emergency stops must always be accessible. Regular maintenance and inspections help ensure equipment remains in safe working condition.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25 LBS multiple times a day.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 LBS on occasion.
• Must be able to stand at least 80% of the day.
