Job summary

HDT in Spokane is seeking a production/fabrication associate to support manufacturing of military and rugged industrial products. The role involves deburring with an angle grinder, setting up spot welders, and performing sheet metal joins per drawings.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of fabrication experience, be able to follow verbal and written instructions, and operate small power tools. This is a full-time, on-site position in Spokane, WA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fabrication experience required.
• Must speak, read and understand English.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Operation of small power tools and hand tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Use angle grinder to deburr, remove burrs, and prepare containers.
• Set up and operate spot welders for production tasks.
• Mark and join sheet metal materials (aluminum, stainless steel).
• Run production with the aid of fixtures.
• Inspect containers against engineering drawings using precision measuring tools.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $27.60 USD
