Job summary

Donaldson is seeking a production technician in Greeneville, TN to fabricate and assemble components per blueprints and route sheets. You will operate and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with the assembly line and material handlers to maintain production flow and meet targets, while completing labor cards, JIT sheets and CI cards accurately and on schedule. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, measuring devices, standard work documents, and routings.
• Know safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Regular and punctual daily attendance.
• One year of manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred).
• Experience in a continuous improvement (CI) environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints, route sheets, and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment; perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot.
• Collaborate with the assembly line team, material handlers, and leadership to meet targets.
• Complete labor cards, production reports, JIT sheets, CI cards accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 6S principles; support CI initiatives.
• Work scheduled overtime as necessary to meet production demands.
