Job summary

Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation (CWWC) is seeking woodworkers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will adapt to our standards and develop proficiency in custom cabinet construction and a range of woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process.

Pay is determined based on experience and skill level. Working hours Monday - Thursday 6-4:30 with overtime as required. We offer competitive salary and benefits including health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to learn reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate across departments.

Job description

CWWC is looking for woodworkers to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills including custom cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process.

Pay is determined based on experience and skill level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
• Build cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet client requests
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

• Prior woodworking/carpentry experience
