Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation (CWWC) is seeking a woodworker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will adapt to our standards and become proficient in cabinet assembly end line processes, reading design drawings and production documents, and using basic hand tools safely.

Job description

CWWC is looking for a new woodworker to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills involved with the cabinet assembly end line process.

Pay is determined based on experience and skill level.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
• Build cabinetry units according to the project specifications
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

Working Conditions/Schedule

Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required

• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing,
• Occasional lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; fumes or airborne particles; outdoor weather conditions.
