Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, drill, grind, bend, and assemble materials (metal, steel, aluminum, etc.).
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, brake presses, shears, CNC machines, and hand tools.
• Perform welding, tack welding, or assist welders as required (MIG, TIG, stick, as applicable).
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors.
