Responsibilities

• Identify and cut tubing and fittings in various diameters to meet customer specifications.
• Read blueprints, shop plans, and engineering drawings.
• Measure parts using calipers, height gauges, tape measures, and other measuring devices.
• Fit and weld stainless steel components and assemblies according to specifications.
• Assist with developing designs for welding projects.
• Use a variety of hand tools, equipment, and fabrication tools.
• Perform work safely and efficiently.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or management.

Fabrication Fitter

The Fabrication Fitter assembles, fits, and welds stainless steel components to meet engineering drawings, customer specifications, and quality requirements. This role uses precision measuring and a variety of fabrication tools and equipment to produce high-quality parts and assemblies. It’s a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cut tubing and fittings in various diameters to meet customer specifications.
• Read blueprints, shop plans, and engineering drawings.
• Measure parts using calipers, height gauges, tape measures, and other measuring devices.
• Fit and weld stainless steel components and assemblies according to specifications.
• Assist with developing designs for welding projects.
• Use a variety of hand tools, equipment, and fabrication tools.
• Perform work safely and efficiently.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or management.
