Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Fabricator in Lititz, PA to read drawings, verify materials, and perform fabrication tasks on a 1st shift or weekend shift. The role is a direct hire with a pay rate of $22.00–$32.50 per hour and requires at least 3 years of welding or fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding, metalworking, or fabrication experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments.
• Basic understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with lifting, rigging, or material-handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use business, production, and communication software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexibility to adjust work schedules and priorities based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Verify materials and components are selected and used for each project.
• Inspect materials, parts, and equipment prior to fabrication or assembly and report concerns.
• Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure finished work meets required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections upon completion of work and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Document modifications or deviations from original designs per company procedures.
• Safely move, lift, and handle materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
