Job summary

Fulcrum Lifting is a small family-owned, full-service rigging shop that fabricates, distributes, services, and inspects rigging equipment. We are looking for a hands-on fabricator who can read orders, prioritize work, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment for customers.

The successful candidate must lift 50 lbs repeatedly, read orders, fabricate as directed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. We offer on-the-job training, full-time hours, and benefits including health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read orders and fabricate items per customer/manager direction.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Reads order to determine stock needs.
• Lifts, measures, and moves items required for fabrication.
• Fabricate items as required per order from customers or from direction from manager.

• Operate necessary shop equipment to fulfill orders.
• Load orders for delivery or customer pickup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space.

Fulcrum Lifting, LLC is looking for a fabricator. The successful candidate must read orders, prioritize work, and ensure the accurate and timely filling of orders for our customers. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and benefits. We offer on-the-job training.

Fulcrum Lifting is a small family owned, full-service rigging shop that fabricates, distributes, services, and inspects rigging equipment. The company has thrived for over 40 years and has been successful due to the strong commitment to quality customer care which will be reflected in this role. Over half of our employees have been with the company for over 5 years. You will serve as a representative of the company, responding quickly to customers and company needs while safely and properly delivering and picking up materials as required.
