Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking an experienced fabricator to weld and fabricate metal parts per blueprints and job specs. You will analyze drawings, set up welding operations, and ensure parts meet quality standards while maintaining equipment and safety procedures on the 1st shift (6:00 AM–4:30 PM, Mon–Thu).

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related welding experience, with proficiency in TIG, MIG, stick welding, riveting and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Move material with forklifts or cranes as needed.
• Complete standard job sheets and report discrepancies.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, clean condition.
