Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience managing performance, attendance, and accountability.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing documents, procedures, and production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees on the shop floor.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain quality standards, minimize scrap, rework, and downtime.
• Monitor daily production performance and meet schedules.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Manage attendance, labor utilization, and departmental metrics.
