Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or Lead in welding/fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Proven experience leading crews and managing field or shop work.
• Hands-on fabrication, installation, or industrial work in the metal industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certification or similar credentials

• Background in structural steel, manufacturing, or heavy fabrication

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in shop or outdoor environments in varying conditions
• Ability to operate tools, welding equipment, and machinery safely
• Combination of shop and field work
• Physical, active role (lifting, climbing, equipment use)
• Exposure to industrial conditions and outdoor environments as needed
