Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Foreman, Supervisor or Lead in welding/fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Cored welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Proven experience leading crews and managing field or shop work.
• Hands-on fabrication, installation, or industrial work in the metal industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise welding and fabrication crews on job sites and/or in-shop.
• Plan daily operations and assign work to meet deadlines and project goals.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Work hands-on alongside your crew when needed—this is a working foreman role.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA/company compliance.
• Monitor productivity, materials, and job site organization.
• Troubleshoot fabrication, welding, or equipment challenges in real time.
