Mission Restaurant Supply in San Antonio, TX is seeking a skilled welder to join our fabrication shop. You will perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, and fabricate parts from blueprints.

You will interpret detailed drawings, inspect welds for quality, operate welding equipment, and follow safety protocols. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and thriving in a high-demand environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a welder in fabrication shop or similar
• Hands-on experience with various welding techniques and metalworking equipment
• Ability to interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various positions
• Must be dependable, punctual and possess an excellent work ethic
• Must be comfortable working in a high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations

• Assemble and fabricate metal parts and structures according to blueprints
• Interpret and follow detailed drawings to ensure accurate fabrication

• Operate and maintain welding equipment and report malfunctions or safety concerns
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE such as gloves, goggles, and hearing protection
• Adhere to safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries
