Job summary

Central Stone is seeking a Fabrication Welder/Maintenance candidate for our Ft. Belle, Florissant, MO site. Ideal candidates will have fabrication welding experience and be comfortable operating loaders, dozers, haul trucks, road graders, and excavators.

This full-time role is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Must be safety-focused, able to pass weld tests, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and able to pass weld tests.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fabrication welding and maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and MSHA rules and procedures.
• Perform fabrication and welding tasks.
• Operate and monitor equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair/clean equipment as needed.
• Communicate safety, maintenance, and production needs to management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
