Responsibilities

• Join and Fabricate: Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Prepare and Set Up: Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools.
• Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Ensure Quality: Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Contribute to Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain and Organize: Track material inventory and support housekeeping and 5-S practices.
