Job summary

Viking is seeking motivated individuals for a hands-on Fabrication Production Associate role in a fast-paced fabrication shop. You will support pipe preparation, machine operation, welding support, robotics, and material handling across the facility.

Training is provided on fabrication equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure production accuracy and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, machine operator, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience with steel fabrication, welding, robotics, or industrial production is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn fabrication processes, welding support functions, robotics, and machine operation through hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication and production equipment including plasma cutting machines, cold saws, threading machines, grooving machines, grinders, and semi-automatic fabrication equipment.
• Support fabrication, production, welding, machine operation, robotics, and material handling activities throughout the fabrication shop.
• Read and interpret work orders, production paperwork, measurements, specs, and tape measures to ensure accuracy and quality.
