Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Proficient in MIG welding and basic metalworking techniques.
• Comfortable operating fabrication tools and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble mower components using welding and fabrication equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to produce parts.
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and other materials as required.
• Set up, operate, and maintain fabrication machinery and tooling.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure quality specifications.
• Collaborate with production team to meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in line with safety policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve fabrication processes and quality.
• Assist with material handling and loading/unloading.
