Job summary

YKK AP America Inc. in Dublin, GA is seeking a window fabrication associate to cut, fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum products using hand tools and milling/glazing machines.

Responsibilities include following drawings, ensuring quality at each step, tagging materials for inspection, and performing general production tasks. The role may involve standing for long hours, lifting 35-40 lbs, and occasional shifts.

The purpose of this position is touse various hand tools and machines to cut, fabricate, and assemble architectural aluminum products.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

• Fabricates all Window products from aluminum extrusions using standard drawings and hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc., as well as milling machines, glazing machines, and CNC machines for hardware preparations and configurations.
• Fabricates, assembles and understands quality requirements for each process of cut, prep, assembly .and glaze.
• Comprehends and completes fabrication and assembly on a sequence of operations concerning each window system.
• Identifies and tags material with written symbol for assembly and inspection
• Perform all general production work as required.
• My be required to work off shifts

At YKK AP America Inc., pay is only part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The hourly pay range for this position ranges from $17.88 - $21.35, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
