Job summary

Ultimate Staffing seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Fabrication Technician for our plastics-focused shop. You will operate fabrication equipment, including blow molding, CNC machining, and laser cutting, to produce finished parts that meet exact customer specifications.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 45 pounds, and read prints and production instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing fabrication or plastics is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow prints, drawings and production specifications.
• Experience using rulers, calipers and tape measures for inspection.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform production processes including blow molding, CNC machining, and laser cutting.
• Operate ovens to heat and form raw materials.
• Set up tools and machines for production runs.
• Fabricate finished products through routing, trimming, drilling, gluing and polishing.
• Read and interpret drawings, prints and production instructions.
• Use rulers, tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Pack and label finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
