Calling all skilled fabricators! Schneider Electric is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Fabrication team at our new plant in Mount Juliet, TN. This role will train in our Smyrna, TN plant and transition to Mount Juliet in 2025-2026 . As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.

What will you do?

  • Reading blueprints and manufacturing instructions
  • Performing pem, tap, and radius operations
  • Identifying and verifying parts
  • Running turret or brake press according to set specifications
  • Operating LVD and/or Cincinnati brakes at required rates
  • Setting up and running Amada turrets at required rates
  • Offering valuable product improvement suggestions
  • Taking on additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

What qualifications will make you successful?

Preferably one year of fabrication experience

Ability to handle basic shop math and interpret blueprints

Familiarity with World Class manufacturing principles is a plus

Strong team player mindset with a focus on quality and safety
