WillowWood Global LLC in Ohio is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Technician to join our Research & Development team. You will fabricate, weld, machine, assemble prototype parts, tooling, and test equipment used to develop new products.

You will work closely with engineers to read drawings, troubleshoot, and improve prototypes and manufacturing processes. First-shift hours, competitive benefits, and a collaborative, safety-focused environment are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with metal fabrication, machining, and shop equipment.
• Familiarity with manual and/or CNC machines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings, sketches, measurements, and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

As a Fabrication Technician, you'll work alongside our engineering team to build, modify, and test prototypes, tooling, and equipment used in developing new products. Every day brings different projects, opportunities to learn, and the satisfaction of seeing your work make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Fabricate, weld, machine, and assemble prototype parts, tooling, and test equipment.
