Job summary

IPEX in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Fabricator-C to join our manufacturing team. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement as you learn to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines, prepare molds, and participate in housekeeping and safety initiatives. Starting wage is $21.71 per hour, with benefits including 401K, health, dental & vision, vacation, and a plant bonus.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
• Basic math knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided).

• Lift and move large, heavy diameter saws and ensure safe handling.
• Identify material problems and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain orderly storage around machines.
• Support safety initiatives and report unsafe conditions.

This role reports to the Shift Supervisor. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 6am to 3:30pm.The starting wage is $21.71 per hour. **Job Summary:**We’re seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
